Gaza Education Initiative

We have been working as a group of early childhood education advocates from across the globe alongside journalists and educators in Gaza to provide ongoing education opportunities for displaced children who have missed more than a year of school. We are also engaging and collaborating with the educators through professional development opportunities, dialogue and exchanges. 

Since June 2024, starting with building the first educational tent, educators have been planning and facilitating learning opportunities across all areas of development: social & emotional, language & literacy, math, science, art, music & movement, and cooking projects.
